‘Tis the season for the sniffles. Try this Orange & Ginger smoothie to boost your immune system and have your taste buds singing!
- 1 orange
- ½ cup ice
- ½ cup frozen mango
- 1 cup almond milk
- ½ tbsp. grated fresh ginger (or ground ginger)
- ½ cup Bolthouse Farms® carrot juice
- 1 packet GoLive® Orange Pre/Probiotic Blend
Did you know that oranges are in season in the winter? Coincidence? We think not. Oranges are known for their vitamin C content and for being cold busters.
